As a homeowner who has dealt with every home repair and replacement there is I can honestly say that my experience with ADI Heating and Air Conditioning was the best customer experience I have ever had. The ADI team spent a great deal of time analyzing and measuring our existing system as well as designing the new system. I vetted 3 quotes and ADI pricing was the most competitive. As all homeowners know It was obvious throughout the end-to-end process that Mr. Chazoom and the ADI team take great pride in installing “the right” solution. ADI was the only vendor who proactively informed us of the rebate program that we qualified for and then walked us through the paperwork. ADI took the time to inform us of all of our service plan options and answered all of our questions. I cannot recommend ADI enough. And I look forward to working with them in the year to come.

At the recommendation of several people, we had ADI Heating & Air Conditioning replace the entire HVAC system in our home in the summer of 2007. This is a two zone system and the work also required the relocation of some ductwork. We were well educated by Mr. Chazoom, the owner of ADI, on the various manufacturer’s and their systems and guided in a direction that has turned out to be an excellent choice for our needs. ADI was very competent and thorough throughout the work performed. They worked well with our general contractor; making themselves available when needed and also worked quickly in an effort to cause the least amount of inconvenience. We plan on using ADI for our annual service. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Chazoom and we would highly recommend his company.

As a recent customer of ADI Heating and Air Conditioning, I would like to point to the outstanding service I received. This was not just in the initial installation of the heating and air conditioning system, which itself was professionally carried out, but in the full follow-up, service provided. ADI in my experience assures that any equipment or system they install performs as expected and will undertake any adjustments or repairs necessary to make sure that this is the case at no extra expense to the customer until everything is working properly. They make themselves available promptly. and provide nothing but the finest service. This company has my highest recommendation as a consumer.

Mr. Chazoom and his company ADI Heating and Air, provided and installed six heat pump units, three propane furnaces, and all the ductwork for my home located in Laytonsville, Maryland. (My home is over 9,000 sq feet.) The quality of work was incredible. My architect did not provide a rough-in sketch for the ductwork, therefore Mr. Chazoom provided me with his design of the system, which I accepted. The work was completed quickly and flawlessly per his proposal.

Lonergan Homes, Inc. has utilized ADl Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC since January of 1999 for the installation of our heating and cooling systems. They have consistently performed extremely well, including meeting our construction schedules, and responding promptly to any service calls that have arisen. I am especially pleased with my newly installed HVAC system designed and installed by Mr. Ronen Chazoom and his assistant Jose of ADI Heating & AC, LLC. Mr. Chazoom engineered a customized and right-sized complete whole-house HVAC system to bring my 72-year-old Cape Cod style house in Silver Spring Maryland up to 21st century standards incorporating the highest energy efficiency and performance components for heating, cooling, humidification, dehumidification, and air filtration all at a superb value. The whole system is controlled and monitored for maximum comfort and efficiency by a high-tech slim-line comfort module thermostat, which floats on the wall. He even installed a European-style super high efficiency ductless supplemental heat pump system to solve a unique heating and cooling weakness in my second floor master bedroom, which now for the first time since I have lived in this house keeps this room wonderfully comfortable with quiet efficiency. ADI do their own sheet metal fabrication so on installation day they provided custom-built components to transition from my new (smaller) system to the existing ductwork based on pre-installation measurements (it looks so nice). Not only was I impressed by Mr. Chazoom’s craftsmanship, expert skills and attention to detail, and ability to adapt to unanticipated issues during the installation but he also exhibited a strong sense of honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity that instilled in me a confidence that this system would hold up and perform superbly for many years going forward. Just to recap: After six weeks of detailed research and obtaining multiple bids from highly regarded competitors I could not be more pleased with the performance, efficiency, and value of my new whole house HVAC system engineered and installed by ADI, and am confident it will meet my needs for at least the next two decades.

I have been using ADI for many years first for repairs and then later for a whole new system. ADI is dependable and responsive and its prices are reasonable. Their workmanship is quality and they will advise the most cost-effective approach using the best industrial equipment. I highly recommend ADI for heating and air conditioning needs.

I would recommend ADI Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone, when I lost my air conditioner due to a storm, the owner came out immediately and gave me an estimate to submit to my insurance company, the insurance company contacted him and we were able to move forward quickly. My home is now cooler than it ever was and with the system that he installed we can turn down the air while in bed with our cell phones. You know that being without air conditioning in 90 degree weather can be pretty tough, we were up and running in no time. Thanks to ADI Heating & Air Conditioning. Do yourself a favor if you need any repairs to your unit give them a call.

Right in the midst of an extreme heatwave, our A/C began to fail. We called ADI heating and cooling the next morning and Ronen showed up in less than an hour. He identified the problem within 10 minutes and he had the needed part right on his truck. The A/C began to cool the house within 1/2 hour of his arrival. He was a total professional, very friendly plus his fee for the part and labor was very reasonable. We also feel like we have a trusted friend to help us with any heating or cooling problem. I can not thank Adi Heating, Mr. Ronen Chazoom, enough for the support, genuineness, and professional work he and his crew provided to replace my heating and air conditioner system. We have used ADI (Owner: Ronen) for various repairs to our HVAC system in the past. He has always been prompt, reliable, thorough, and honest. Recently, we chose him to put in an entirely new HVAC system. He clearly explained the various options for different units, as well as rebates and how to finance our replacement. He also gave us some valuable additional recommendations for how to improve our heating and cooling systems, including some structural changes to our home that will make a difference. I wish I met Roman from ADI years ago. Not only he is professional, smart, and helpful, he knows what to do and what not to do. I had an addition put onto my house and they replaced the heating and AC unit 4 years ago. The installation was poor, cut corners, and I have had issues every year. A friend of mine introduced me to Roman from ADI and he has been the first person to figure out what is wrong. He doesn’t do patch jobs, he fixes the root issue.
